At PBT Safer Care Ltd.’s House is situated in Manchester. The premises comprise a main residential unit offering support for up to 4 clients including learning disabilities, or autistic spectrum disorder and complex needs.
PBT Safer Care Ltd will support clients including learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder and Mental Health, to live as independent as possible by providing a person-centered approach. We will provide personal support to customers based on their individual personal plans. This will include, helping service-users to get dressed, wash and cook a meal. We will encourage community outings and support leisure activities and most importantly provide quality care 24 hours a day.
The building consists of a basement and 3 floors. There are 5 bedrooms to accommodate 4 residents and a separate sleeping area for staff.
All bedrooms are fixed with 32-inch televisions, Wardrobes, chest of drawers and a desk. The smallest bedroom has a single bed, whilst the remaining 4 have double beds. There are 4 bathrooms Including 2 en-suites.
There are 2 communal lounges, there is a communal lounge on the ground floor with a seating area, with a 40-inch TV that has various services available, such as SKY, Netflix, YouTube, and spotify. We have a variety of books to suit various reading levels and a variety of board games. The top floor lounge fitted with a 32-inch TV, sofa, games, and provision for refreshment.
The Kitchen/Dining area fully fitted with an electric hub, oven, microwave, and double fridge freezer. Service Users can enjoy a comfortable dining space with an additional breakfast bar. Each room is allocated a cupboard in the kitchen with color coded cutlery. This will help service users identify their own equipment in the kitchen.
The Main office is a fully equipped working space for staff and a quiet and confidential place to hold private meetings.
Other facilities include:
– Laundry facility: Equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing area.
– Outside Area: Garden area with shed, tables, and chairs.
– There is also on street parking for staff and visitors.
The premises will be frequently inspected and monitored to ensure a high standard of presentation and that all Health & Safety requirements are met.
